Capabilities
Tube Bending & Fabrication
Tube and pipe fabrication up to 8 in. round and square profiles, and up to 27 ft. in raw length. We utilize multi-axis CNC mandrel bending, roll bending, and rotary draw forming to prevent wall collapse and maintain precise center-line radii (CLR). Ideal for complex tubular assemblies, fluid transfer lines, heavy agricultural equipment frames, and more.
Laser Tube Cutting (3D & 5-Axis)
Precision, multi-axis 3D laser tube cutting that eliminates the need for secondary conventional machining, sawing, and drilling. Our advanced 5-axis systems execute intricate beveling, automated coping, slotting, and complex geometries directly onto round, square, rectangular, and asymmetrical open profiles with speed and flawless repeatability.
Laser Cutting (Flat Sheet Metal & Plate)
High-speed fiber laser cutting for rapid sheet metal and heavy plate processing. We hold tight dimensional tolerances on high-volume production blanks. Our equipment easily navigates high-precision nesting configurations across a vast material catalog, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys, minimizing scrap material and reducing unit costs.
Robotic & Production Welding
High-volume production welding backed by automated robotic welding cells and highly skilled manual structural welders. We provide full compliance with AWS D1.1, D1.2, and D1.3 codes, managed by on-site Certified Weld Inspectors (CWI). Our process guarantees deep weld penetration and clean, repeatable seams on complex multi-part industrial weldments.
Precision CNC Machining & Turning
Turnkey vertical/horizontal milling and heavy-duty turning capable of holding tight manufacturing tolerances down to +/- 0.001 inches. We handle close-tolerance secondary machining on large weldments, heavy industrial castings, custom tooling, and high-volume raw bar stock components for aerospace, defense, and power-generation supply chains.
Waterjet Cutting (Ultra-High Pressure)
Heavy-duty, dual-head abrasive waterjet cutting processing material up to 12 in. thick. Because waterjet cutting is a cold process, it introduces zero heat-affected zones (HAZ). This guarantees distortion-free cuts and maintains the baseline mechanical properties of heavy 5-1/4 in. stainless steel plates, exotics, laminates, and thick structural armor plating.
CNC Plate & Sheet Metal Forming
Precision multi-axis CNC press brake forming and sheet metal bending for complex enclosure geometries, brackets, and structural channels. Our advanced forming department features high-tonnage capacity to accurately fold, bend, and air-form thick-gauge carbon and stainless steel plates while ensuring uniform angular consistency over long production runs.
Secondary Services & Turnkey Assembly
Complete value-added contract manufacturing from raw mill materials to line-ready component kits. Our comprehensive in-house secondary capabilities include precise mechanical saw cutting, industrial finishing, punching, slotting, end-forming, custom component assembly, customized retail barcoding, and JIT (Just-In-Time) logistics and shipping coordination.
