• 5-Axis Laser Cutting: A advanced laser cutting technology that allows for cutting complex, three-dimensional shapes and angles by moving the laser head along five different axes.
• CAD/CAM: Acronyms for Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing. CAD software is used for designing and drafting, while CAM software uses those designs to control manufacturing equipment like CNC machines.
• Certified Weld Inspectors: Professionals certified to ensure that welding procedures and practices meet required standards and specifications, crucial for large infrastructure projects.
• CNC Machining: Computer Numerical Control machining, a manufacturing process where pre-programmed computer software dictates the movement of factory tools and machinery, enabling high precision and repeatability.
• Continuous Improvement: An ongoing effort to improve products, services, or processes. These efforts can be incremental over time or breakthrough improvements all at once.
• ISO 9001:2015 Certified: An international standard for quality management systems (QMS) that outlines requirements for a company’s quality system to ensure products and services consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.
